What happens during the consultation?

We review your immigration history, current circumstances, goals and immediate concerns, then explain possible next steps based on the information you provide.

What should I prepare before the appointment?

Have your passport, current immigration documents, relevant decision letters and a short timeline of your immigration history available. Additional documents may be requested.

Can I book from outside Winnipeg or Canada?

Yes. We serve clients across Canada and internationally through phone consultations. In-office appointments are available in Winnipeg.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Consultation fees are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled once if at least 24 hours' notice is provided. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.

Is a complimentary follow-up included?

Yes. One complimentary 15-minute phone follow-up is included and must be used within four weeks of the initial consultation. The follow-up is limited to the same immigration matter discussed during the initial consultation.
